Job summary

Freedom is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager in Bluffdale, Utah, to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across North America, with a focus on Canada–US cross-border trade. You will manage procurement, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure cost-efficient, compliant product movement.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CCS are assets.
• Several years of progressive experience in supply chain management and leadership.
• Hands-on experience with customs compliance, import/export, Canada–US cross-border logistics.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP; EPICOR/SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligning with company objectives.
• Oversee procurement, inventory planning, and supplier compliance.
• Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution across North America.
• Oversee customs, import/export, and cross-border trade activities.
• Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, and carriers for efficient border clearance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.
