Job summary

Freedom is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager in Bluffdale, Utah. You will plan, implement, and oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations across North America, focusing on Canada–United States cross-border trade.

You will manage procurement, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and distribution while ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, and service excellence. Lead a team and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CCS, or equivalent are considered an asset.
• Several years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with leadership responsibility.
• Hands-on experience managing customs compliance, import/export, and Canada–US cross-border logistics.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, particularly in supply chain, inventory, purchasing, and logistics modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligning with objectives, driving efficiency, cost control, and service excellence.
• Oversee procurement of materials and goods, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.
• Manage inventory planning and control using forecasting and inventory management systems.
• Lead transportation, warehousing, and distribution across Canada and the United States.
• Oversee all customs, import/export, and cross-border trade activities.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers for documentation and clearance.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and use data-driven insights for decisions.
• Utilize NetSuite ERP to manage purchasing, inventory, logistics transactions, and reporting across locations.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations for landed cost analysis and accurate reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain and logistics team.
