Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for Southern Border and Cross-Border logistics solutions.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Apply customer-centered design to improve experience and differentiation.
• Develop and support go-to-market, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Conduct analyses to identify opportunities and risks; build business cases and forecasts.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customs, and Technology teams.
