Stonegate Inc. is seeking a U.S.-based Import & Customs Logistics Manager to oversee import logistics resources, coordinate customs clearance operations, and strengthen import compliance for its cross-border e-commerce business. This role will manage relationships with U.S.

customs brokers, freight forwarders, IORs, trucking providers, and warehouses while coordinating with the China headquarters. The ideal candidate has at least three years in U.S.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in U.S. import logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, or cross-border e-commerce logistics.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese with cross-border communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for cost analysis and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Develop, evaluate, and manage U.S. import logistics partners (IORs, brokers, 3PLs, carriers, warehouses).
• Negotiate terms, monitor timelines, costs, and service performance.
• Coordinate ocean/air/inland transportation, inbound warehouse operations, and reverse-logistics for cross-border e-commerce.
