Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited is offering a 12-week Sales Intern program in the United States. You will join a sales team across Seeds & Traits, Crop Protection, Agronomy, and Digital Farming Solutions, paired with a mentor for daily guidance and feedback.

You will build skills in sales, agronomy, and digital tools while developing relationships with farmer customers and presenting your projects to the team at internship end.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at minimum a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to relocate for the 12-week internship and ability to travel in the sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor to learn sales of Bayer’s portfolio.
• Complete projects and present findings at internship end.
• Develop relationships with farmer customers and partners.
• Learn agricultural industry dynamics and Bayer’s role in sustainable agriculture.
• Build skills in sales, agronomy, business, digital tools.
