Interns will assist with claim-related activities while working closely with producers, agents, adjusters, and business partners across the organization. The role combines field and office experiences, providing exposure to agricultural operations, crop loss evaluation, data analysis, and customer service. Successful candidates will develop industry knowledge, communication skills, and professional relationships while gaining insight into how crop insurance helps farmers manage risk and recover from unexpected losses. Application Timeline: We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront. Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid-September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid-October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders. Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January.
