Job summary

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, loading/unloading, balancing loads, and keeping accurate inventory records. A high school diploma and a valid CDL with endorsements within 1 year are required, along with a clean driving record and ability to obtain a pesticide license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL license with endorsements required, within 1 year of employment.
• Satisfactory driving record and valid medical card are required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide/applicator license as needed.
• Must be able to work extended hours as business demands.

Responsibilities

• Apply crop production inputs to fields accurately and professionally according to rates and labels.
• Record application data in accordance with regulations and standards.
• Safely set up, operate, and maintain sprayers, floaters, trucks and related equipment.
• Conduct and document daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Load/unload containers and balance loads to meet axle weight requirements.
• Assist with inventory control and entry of application records daily.
