Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain a CDL with required endorsements within 1 year of employment.
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record and valid medical card.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a pesticide/applicator license or other required licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply crop production inputs to fields according to labeled rates and procedures.
• Record application data per regulations and standards.
• Safely set up, maintain and operate sprayers, floaters, and trucks to meet DOT standards.
• Perform daily safety checks and pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Load/unload containers and materials, ensuring proper balance and axle weights.
• Assist with inventory control and track applications with invoices or delivery tickets.
