Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain CDL license within 1 year of employment.
• Ability to obtain pesticide/applicator license or any licenses required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and professionally applies crop production inputs to fields following label instructions.
• Records application data according to regulations and standards.
• Operates sprayers, floaters, and trucks while meeting DOT standards.
• Conducts pre-trip inspections and daily safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Loads/unloads containers and ensures proper weight distribution on trucks/trailers.
• Maintains inventory records and ensures products are accounted for with invoices or delivery tickets.
• Performs preventive maintenance on location equipment and keeps vehicles clean.
• Adheres to GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and safety policies.
