Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid CDL with required endorsements within 1 year of employment.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain pesticide/applicator license as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sprayers, floaters, and other equipment according to safety standards.
• Apply crop inputs to fields following label rates and procedures; record application data.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and daily safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Load and unload materials safely from trucks, trailers, or railcars.
• Ensure proper axle weights and balanced loading on trucks/trailers.
• Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate application records.
