Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division of Nutrien, is seeking a Crop Consultant for Landscape, Golf, and Pest Control in San Marcos, CA. This on-site role is for an Associate-level professional who will sell company products, manage territory, and meet annual sales goals.

You will interpret soil, tissue and water analyses, provide agronomic recommendations, train staff, and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an agriculturally based field.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in agriculture and the application of agricultural chemicals.
• PCA License is required, or the ability to test for credentials.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure.

The salary range for this role, in San Marcos, CA location, is between $68,640. - $130,000. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
