AT&T Global Public Sector has an opening for a COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO)/ Tier II Network Technician, located in Cocoa, Florida. The role combines CRO duties with Tier II network support for government customers, with a minimum office presence of 5 days per week and travel as needed.

The incumbent will manage COMSEC material, ensure policy compliance, train personnel, and support network installations, configurations, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 10 years of combined work history and education in DoD/IC environments.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 (or higher) certification required.
• TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours including weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to incidents and resolve in accordance with SLAs.
• Draft and implement standard network change requests.
• Assist Tier III engineers with incident management and projects.
