Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO) and Tier II Network Technician for a government‑customer site in Cocoa, FL. The role combines CRO duties with network technician responsibilities, requiring a Top Secret/SCI clearance, heavy compliance, and on‑site presence five days a week.

The position emphasizes secure COMSEC handling, incident response, network installations, and coordination with DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliance required (level 3 acceptable).
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours, including weekend support.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Soft skills: experience with customer briefings, highly organized, problem solving, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to and resolve incidents; meet SLAs/SLOs.
• Draft and implement standard network change requests.
• Support Tier III engineers for incident management and projects.
• Maintain topology drawings and asset/inventory records.
