We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company focused on optimizing conversion rates for e-commerce clients. We are seeking a talented CRO Strategist to join our team and take over the conversion rate optimization efforts currently managed by our founder.
Role Overview:
As a CRO Strategist, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, ensuring high-converting landing pages, and optimizing funnels to drive increased conversions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, oversee quality assurance, and refine processes to enhance performance.
Direct copywriters, designers, and developers on what needs to be built
Ensure landing pages and funnels are high-converting and outperform existing ones
No direct client communication is required, but may provide insights when necessary
Provide feedback and direction to copywriters and designers on messaging and page structure
Review work before it reaches clients to ensure quality and strategic alignment
Act as the final checkpoint for quality before work is delivered to clients
Ensure design and copy teams implement effective CRO strategies
Conduct post-development QA to confirm pages meet strategic objectives
Ideally familiar with media buying (Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads)
Analyze competitors and best-performing ads to guide page development
Create a QA framework to standardize reviews and reduce reliance on subjective judgment
Implement structured guidelines for future optimizations
Speed of execution How quickly strategies and feedback are delivered.
Quality of work Ensuring fewer mistakes in the QA process.
Team guidance & efficiency Ensuring designers and copywriters execute strong strategies effectively.
Implement a QA framework & checklist to standardize the review process.
Ensure all pages meet strategic requirements before reaching clients.
Working Hours: overlap with 9am - 5pm EST
Salary: $2,750 - $3,250 per month
