As a People Operations Strategist, you'll lead the design and implementation of human-centered systems that support our micro-leadership model. This remote volunteer position offers significant autonomy to create innovative people solutions while addressing critical HR gaps in our organization.
You'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives like our Nature Counter project, which promotes nature's health benefits through a location-based app.
