Cone Health seeks a CRNA to join our anesthesia team within a large not-for-profit health network serving the Piedmont Triad region. We offer competitive pay and robust benefits to support your practice and lifestyle.

Sign-on bonuses up to $100,000 with a 4-year commitment, 40 days of annual vacation, tuition reimbursement, and enrollment in our 401(a)/403(b) plans as we build toward a full scope anesthesia practice.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical responsibilities delineated by privileges.
• Assist with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating patient history data and planned procedure.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic responses for patient safety.
• Complete required documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative record, and transfer-of-care note.
• Log incident reporting in the Safety Portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
