Job summary

GBMC HealthCare in Towson, MD is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join an interprofessional team. You will deliver high-quality anesthesia across surgical, obstetrical, and diagnostic areas in a care team model.

Eligible for NBCRNA certification after completing an accredited CRNA program and currently enrolled CPC. 5+ years’ experience preferred with MD licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS compliance.

Qualifications

• Eligible for NBCRNA certification; graduates of an accredited CRNA program.
• Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Program accredited by CoAANA or predecessor.
• 5 years’ experience preferred; active MD licensure in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provides anesthesiology services in hospital settings within a care team model.
• Selects, orders, and administers anesthetics and adjuvants; manages airways.
• Performs regional anesthesia techniques and perioperative assessments.
• Develops anesthesia care plans and obtains informed consent.
