Job summary

MNGI Digestive Health in Minnesota is seeking a CRNA to provide monitored anesthesia care in our ambulatory surgery centers across the Twin Cities metro. This casual, part-time role offers on-site work, a Monday-Friday schedule, and no call or weekend requirements.

You will collaborate with Anesthesiologists and nursing staff, administer anesthesia according to standards, monitor patients, and document care. Minnesota RN and APRN licensure, NBCRNA certification, BLS and ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by COA or predecessor.
• MN RN and APRN licensure.
• Current NBCRNA certification.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Meets credentialing, privileging and professional liability insurance requirements.
• Demonstrates competency in nurse anesthesia clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care for monitored anesthesia care in ASCs.
• Assess, prepare, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer anesthesia services per standards, regulations, and protocols.
• Monitor patient responses during procedures and intervene to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with Anesthesiologists, Proceduralists, nursing staff, and others.
• Independently manage anesthesia within scope and guidelines.
• Support patient recovery and discharge readiness post-procedure.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation related to anesthesia care.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
