Job summary

MNGI Digestive Health in Minnesota is seeking a CRNA to provide monitored anesthesia care in our Ambulatory Surgery Centers across the Twin Cities metro.

This full-time role offers varied FTE options (0.56-1.0), on-site duties, no weekends or holidays, and a salary starting at $132–$142 per hour with a guaranteed 9-hour day at times.

Applicants must hold an accredited nurse anesthesia program, MN RN/APRN, NBCRNA, BLS/ACLS, and meet credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Current Minnesota RN and APRN licensure.
• NBCRNA certification with BLS and ACLS.
• Credentialing and privileging as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe anesthesia in ASC settings for monitored anesthesia care.
• Assess, prepare, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer anesthesia per clinical standards and protocols.
• Monitor responses and intervene to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with anesthesia team for coordinated care.
• Independently manage anesthesia within CRNA scope.
• Support recovery and discharge readiness.
• Document care and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Perform additional clinical and non-clinical duties as needed.
