Job summary

MNGI Digestive Health is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for on-site ambulatory surgery centers across the Twin Cities metro. The role offers varied FTE options (0.56-1.0) with a daytime schedule, no weekends or holidays, and a starting salary range of $132–$142 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by COA or predecessor.
• Current Minnesota RN and APRN licensure.
• NBCRNA certification required and current BLS/ACLS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for monitored anesthesia in ASCs.
• Assess, prepare, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer anesthesia per clinical standards and protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and intervene to ensure safety and positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and healthcare team.
• Independently manage anesthesia care within CRNA scope and guidelines.
• Support recovery and discharge readiness; document care accurately.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
