Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join the New Jersey implementation team, supporting sites across the Mid-Atlantic (MD/PA/NJ). This is a full-time, travel-focused role on our Implementation Team.

You will provide comprehensive anesthesia care, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, discuss plans with patients, manage induction through emergence, and monitor patient condition across diverse cases.

Qualifications

• Hold a current/valid unrestricted license and have a valid National Provider

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Total Rewards

Salary: $325K

Sign on Incentive: $75K

• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Must be willing and able to travel between locations
