Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking a CRNA to join the New Jersey implementation team, supporting sites across the Mid-Atlantic region (MD/PA/NJ) as a full-time W2 employee traveling between facilities.

You will provide comprehensive anesthesia care, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, discuss anesthetic plans with patients, and manage induction, maintenance, and emergence.

Qualifications

• Hold a current/valid unrestricted license and have a valid National Provider
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Must be willing and able to travel between locations

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

CRNA to join the New Jersey implementation team supporting various NAPA sites across the Mid Atlantic region (MD/ PA/ NJ) as a full time, W2 employee. North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is offering the unique and lucrative travel opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists on our Implementation Team to travel to various facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Total Rewards

• Salary: $325K
• Sign on Incentive: $75K
