Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our Maryland implementation team. This full-time W2 position involves traveling to various facilities (MD/PA/NJ) in the Mid-Atlantic region, delivering core anesthesia care and leading patient-specific plans.

Compensation features a $325K salary with a $75K sign-on, plus travel food allowances and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• CRNA required with current/unrestricted license.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient physiology and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
