North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a travel-ready CRNA to join the Maryland implementation team, servicing MD/PA/NJ facilities as a full-time W2 employee. Earn top-tier compensation with a $75K sign-on and travel stipends while advancing patient care across renowned institutions.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, current CRNA certification, and willingness to travel between locations for the Implementation Team.

Qualifications

• Hold a current/valid unrestricted RN license with CRNA credential.
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
• Must be willing and able to travel across MD/PA/NJ for the Implementation Team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across diverse surgical cases.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor physiological status and intervene as needed.

CRNA to join the Maryland implementation team supporting various NAPA sites across the Mid Atlantic region (MD/ PA/ NJ) as a full time, W2 employee. North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is offering the unique and lucrative travel opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists on our Implementation Team to travel to various facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Key Responsibilities
