Job summary

UAB Medicine is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests, including cardio-thoracic cases and cardiac catheterizations. You will participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students and contribute to a multidisciplinary care team.

Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program is required. Current Alabama APN-CRNA certification, ACLS, BLS, and PALS are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program is required.
• APN with CRNA specialty certification by Alabama Board of Nursing required.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required.
