Qualifications

• Graduate of nurse anesthesia program accredited by COA or predecessor.
• Experience with anesthesia data collection and patient assessment is preferred.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assists with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating patient medical history data relevant to the planned procedure.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids per accepted safety standards.
• Supports ongoing monitoring of airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic response.
• Completes the surgical safety checklist, pre-operative and intra-operative records, and transfer notes.
• Logs incident reporting in the Safety Portal.
• P erforms other duties as assigned.
