Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its Inpatient Anesthesia Team. The role offers diverse cases and a strong focus on patient safety and team collaboration.

As part of the Inpatient Anesthesia Department, you will provide anesthesia services, mentor learners when possible, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program/Master’s degree or higher.
• Current NC RN licensure and NBCRNA certification/recertification.
• Current CPR (ACLS, BLS) certification required.
• Ability to demonstrate clinical competency and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide anesthesia care for inpatient procedures with safety and quality.
• Potential to precept Student Nurse Anesthetists and mentor learners.
• Collaborate with medical team to ensure peri-operative care and patient safety.
• Document patient records per hospital standards and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and punctuality for timely care.
• Contribute to cost containment and ongoing professional development.
