Formación

• Graduate of a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical responsibilities of the CRNA are delineated by clinical privileges.
• Assist with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating data related to patient history with planned procedures.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluids, and physiologic response to ensure patient safety.
• Document the surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative record, and transfer-of-care notes.
• Log incident reporting in the Safety Portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Educación

Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by COA or predecessor
