Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia services in a patient-centered care environment. The role emphasizes safe, high-quality anesthesia care with robust support and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by COA or predecessor.

Responsibilities

• Assists with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating patient data relevant to medical and surgical history and planned procedure.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic response to ensure patient safety.
• Completes documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, and transfer-of-care note.
• Logs incidents in the Safety Portal and performs other duties as assigned.
