Job summary
North American Partners in Anesthesia (Illinois), LLC is seeking a Nurse Anesthetist to provide comprehensive anesthesia care across various surgical procedures at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O'Fallon, IL.
The role requires current RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and AANA certification. Schedule includes 1 week on / 1 week off with a generous compensation package and sign-on bonus. Join a leading anesthesia practice with strong patient care focus.
Qualifications
- Current license as a registered professional nurse.
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
- Monitor the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
