Job summary
PRIME St. Mary’s Kankakee Hospital in Illinois is seeking a CRNA to join our community-minded anesthesia team. The schedule offers 3 weeks on / 1 week off, with no call and light beeper responsibility.
Cases include Ortho, GI, Urology, and General Surgery, with the potential to perform peripheral nerve blocks across four operating rooms. The total rewards package features a salary around $300K plus a $100K signing incentive, comprehensive benefits, fully paid malpractice coverage, loan repayment
Qualifications
- Current license as a registered professional nurse.
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
