Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a CRNA for PRIME St. Marys Kankakee Hospital in Illinois to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.

The role includes pre-anesthesia evaluations, planning with patients, induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia, plus patient monitoring and contributions to departmental leadership; schedule is 3 weeks on, 1 week off with no-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered nurse
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
