North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking a CRNA for HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O'Fallon, IL, offering a 1 week on / 1 week off schedule and a generous rewards package that includes substantial benefits and a sign-on incentive.

The CRNA will perform pre‑anesthesia assessments, obtain consent, discuss anesthesia options and risks, manage induction, maintenance and emergence, monitor physiology, and provide timely intraoperative interventions within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthesia assessment.
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient.
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition.
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed.
