Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a CRNA for PRIME St. Mary’s Kankakee Hospital in Illinois. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive anesthesia care, conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, and collaborate on anesthetic plans with the surgical team.

The position offers a 1 week on / 1 week off schedule, a salary of $272,500, and a $100K sign-on incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• AANA certification or recertification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient physiologic status and intervene as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
