Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a CRNA to join the team at HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O'Fallon, IL. The per diem position offers flexible scheduling and a broad case mix including general, ortho, cardiac, OB, and more.

The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia care, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, discuss anesthetic plans with patients, manage induction and emergence, monitor patients, and support departmental coordination and leadership.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Total Rewards Hourly Rate: W2: $170/hr. / 1099: $180/hr.
