Job summary

Northbridge Communities is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to support residents on 1st and 2nd shifts with potential per diem options. You will administer medications, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with the Wellness team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have CRMA certification with state competency exam.
• Active CNA or PSS license required.
• Able to move and assist residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong empathy and resident-centered care.
• Accurate documentation of vital signs and records.
• Collaborates with Wellness team and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain resident privacy and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by licensed providers.
• Assist residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Address residents' needs promptly with empathy.
• Collaborate with care professionals to support the wellness team.
• Document observations and updates in residents' records.
• Follow infection control and safety rules.
• Participate in training to improve caregiving skills.
