Qualifications

• CRMA certification via state competency exam required.
• Active CNA or PSS license required.
• Ability to move and assist residents safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine care and empathy for residents' wellbeing.
• Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals as part of Wellness team.
• Maintains resident privacy and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by licensed care providers.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Address residents' needs promptly and with empathy.
• Collaborate with care professionals to maintain an effective team.
