Job summary

Woodlands Senior Living of Farmington seeks a Resident Services Assistant to support CRMA-certified care teams and coordinate resident care information, physician orders, and service plans.

You will schedule appointments, transcribe physician orders, enter data in the clinical software, and communicate changes to nurses to ensure timely medication delivery and safe, quality care for residents. This full-time role offers a weekend differential, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active PSS and CRMA certification.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Proof of immunization (MMR, Varicella, Influenza).
• Valid Maine driver's license and satisfactory driving record may be required.
• Strong command of the English language and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule will include working partially as a CRMA.
• Coordinate receipt of pre-admission resident care information such as physician orders, H&P, standing orders.
• Coordinate completion of monthly progress notes including significant changes and service plan updates.
• Schedule/manage resident medical and other appointments.
• Complete and transmit pharmacy orders/reorders; track to ensure timely medication delivery.
• Provide physician notification of significant changes in resident status as directed by nurse.
• Transcribe physician orders, including scheduling, cross-reference updates, or signatures.
• Perform clinical software data entry including physician orders, resident face sheet, MDS-RCA and service plans.
