Job summary

Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America, seeks an Assistant Director, CRM Special Projects to lead strategic CRM initiatives that support operational priorities and drive scalable solutions.

This role will oversee CRM projects from planning through implementation, partnering with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders across the organization to develop and deliver effective, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including CRM implementations or transformations.
• Experience with cross-functional technology programs; global or multi-country initiatives preferred.
• Business analysis experience: requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, UAT support.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder workshop skills, and concise executive materials.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms, system integrations, and data migration.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit and document business needs and success measures for CRM initiatives.
• Lead CRM projects from discovery through implementation including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Assess current processes and identify gaps to translate findings into solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and present evidence-based recommendations to leaders.
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and requirements.
• Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies for successful rollout.
• Support readiness, go-live planning, and transition to ongoing support.
