Cook Systems in Orlando seeks an experienced CRM leader to guide a team of analysts and developers in designing, deploying, and maintaining CRM solutions aligned with sales and marketing goals.

You will liaise between IT and business units, manage data architectures, and drive customer campaigns through CRM insights. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in IT with CRM experience are expected. This is a role that values ownership, communication, and quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years IT experience including data warehousing, decision support, or marketing support systems.
• Strong project management skills in cross-functional settings.
• Thorough understanding of data architecture, modeling, and CRM solutions.
• Working knowledge of database marketing methodologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of analysts and developers in CRM design, development, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and business units to drive CRM strategies and campaigns via CRM insights.
• Oversee CRM tech integrations with channels (mail, email, web, call center).
• Ensure data, infrastructure, and development align with enterprise CRM needs.
• Lead research, evaluation, and selection of CRM technologies.
• Mentor supervisors, project leads, and technical staff; report progress to senior management.
• Provide regular updates on CRM initiatives and projects.
