Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a CRM Application Analyst in Charleston, WV to help configure and optimize CRM tools, build reports, and support users. The role emphasizes data quality, requirements gathering, and hands-on development across the Microsoft Dynamics stack.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IS or related field, 2–4 years CRM experience, strong SQL and Power BI skills, plus ASP.NET/JavaScript/C# development experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• SQL, data modeling, and Power BI reporting skills.
• Three years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience.
• Web development with ASP.NET, Visual Studio, .NET Framework 2.0+, JavaScript and C#.
• Two years with ASP.NET MVC, WCF, jQuery, and jQuery UI.
• Two years SQL Server experience.
• Two years Data Design/Data Modeling experience.
• Two years Analysis and Design experience.
• One year with Microsoft SharePoint Services/Server and TFS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize CRM tools, workflows, and automated tasks.
• Build custom reports and dashboards to track sales, customer retention, and trends.
• Talk with company teams to gather feature requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and train staff on the platform.
• Clean up bad data and keep customer information accurate.
