The CRM Specialist supports PMA's Investment Team by driving investment processes and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, collaborating with internal and external partners, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining client profiles for investment analysis. The role will evolve to include serving as an ‘IT Liaison Support’ for the team.

Essential Functions:

  1. Provide outstanding service to clients and internal teams, embodying core values of Integrity, Commitment, and Performance.
  2. Support team collaboration and operational efficiency proactively.
  3. Respond promptly to client inquiries related to accounts and issue resolution (non-sales).
  4. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in collaboration with partners.
  5. Manage and update internal databases and CRM systems accurately.
  6. Develop and maintain client cash flow profiles to aid investment analysis and opportunity identification.
  7. Prepare and review bond proceeds management reports with the relationship management team.
  8. Create and maintain regular internal reports to support operations and decision-making.
  9. Act as the IT Liaison for the Investment Team, overseeing technology support and system integration.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (with focus on Accounting, Finance, IT, or Marketing) or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred experience in Investment Management (Broker-Dealer–Advisor environment).

  • Initiative and dedication to client service.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize among conflicting deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
