Managed Services Consultant - CRM (Remote)

Love consulting but tired of the travel? The CRM Managed Services Consultant provides remote professional services to live clients for ongoing application enhancement, operations, and subject matter expertise. In this role, you will work with multiple clients as a shared dedicated resource via phone and web meeting to deliver post-deployment consulting in support of ad hoc requests. This is a remote work position supporting multiple clients in a shared, dedicated capacity. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.

What You'll Do
  • Consult on best practices and overall solutions based on client requirements
  • Provide application expertise and knowledge
  • Perform Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and support
  • Deliver ad-hoc training to educate customer administration teams and enable them to manage their needs internally
  • Implement ongoing application changes such as adding custom fields, changing layouts, security settings, workflow rules, and feature activation
  • Create reports, dashboards, and list views
  • Manage user setup, security, and role hierarchy adjustments
  • Perform system alignments and create/maintain sandbox environments for deploying changes
  • Handle data imports and exports using data loading utilities
  • Assist with implementing new CRM functionalities and platform enhancements
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in configuring CRM or SaaS applications, software services delivery, consulting, life sciences operations, or Veeva software
  • Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, email, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently deliver professional services remotely supporting multiple clients
Nice to Have
  • Experience in customer service or consulting with multiple clients
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM and Vault platforms

Compensation
  • Base salary range: $60,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and location
  • Additional compensation options may include bonuses and stock options
