About the role:

Liquid I.V. is looking for a CRM Specialist to help drive one of the fastest growing and most dynamic segments of the business. This position will play an important role in nurturing customers throughout their lifecycle, from first purchase to brand loyalty and advocacy, by optimizing and executing our automated email and SMS programs.

We are looking for an innovative, analytical, and technically savvy candidate to build, maintain, and execute automated and manual campaigns aimed at increasing conversion and engagement for our ecommerce business. This role will focus heavily on reporting, insights, and execution of Liquid I.V.’s retention channels—analytical and data-driven approach and interest is a must. Exceptional attention to detail, along with enthusiasm and curiosity about data-driven DTC retention strategies are required to be successful in this role.

**Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:**

+ Monitor and report on weekly campaign performance and testing, providing regular updates and optimization opportunities based on engagement, deliverability, etc., to the Sr Retention Manager.

+ Track and report engagement with content and set goals to optimize campaigns and increase engagement over time in partnership with the Sr Retention Marketing Manager.

+ Manage retention channel analytics.

+ CDP experience (direct experience in Segment preferred).

+ Build, QA, and deploy all email/SMS for campaigns and flows.

+ Support the execution and growth of a multi-channel CRM strategy, including email, SMS, and new emerging channels.

+ Complete all email/SMS send briefs, including objectives, messaging, design considerations, imagery needs, product inclusion, and testing in partnership with the Sr. Retention Marketing Manager.

+ Implement program updates for broader lifecycle initiatives including referrals loyalty programs, subscriber retention, and Membership.

+ Create and manage email and SMS marketing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

**Qualifications** **:**

+ 3+ years in DTC lifecycle reporting experience using Google Analytics, CRM segmentation, and channel-specific reporting tools required.

+ 2+ years’ experience in email/sms channel execution. (proficiency in Klaviyo, Attentive, HTML/CSS is ideal).

+ Analytical, data driven approach with proficiency in Microsoft excel.

+ Strong attention to detail when creating segments, proofing content, and finalizing campaigns is a must.

+ Solid knowledge/understanding of email/sms best practices including accessibility requirements, client limitations (Outlook, Gmail, etc), and device limitations.

+ Intellectual curiosity, with a focus on optimization and continuous improvement through a test-and-learn mentality.

+ Team Player - ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.

+ Adaptable - able to work in a dynamic environment.

+ Experience in push notifications is a plus.

**Work Environment:**

+ Hybrid / Office environment with flexibility for industry events.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The expected base salary range for this position is $61,500 - $92,300. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
