JSG is interested in speaking with Quality Assurance Specialists candidates with CRM system auditing experience.

This position is a contract opportunity with our top client and is Fully Remote and potential for conversion. Pay is $27hr with equipment provided.

The QA Specialist will support Quality operations and the CRM Administrator. This position will be expected to have significant knowledge of the phone and incident management systems to support data loads, system changes, training, and quality audits. Assist in the development of standard processes.

  • 3+ Years Quality Auditing experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with phone/incident management systems to support data loads, system changes, training, and quality audits
  • Quality auditing practices for call center operations is preferred
  • Experience with managing the sprint tracker (project tracker)
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens and content
  • Oversee creation and contribute to development of user guides, articles
  • Troubleshoot/report system issues- outages to the service providers
  • Analyze business and/or functional requirement documents for testing purposes
