Job summary

A leading company in vision care is seeking a CRM Support Specialist to enhance their Customer Base platform and assist in CRM program development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and at least 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong analytical and project management skills. Job description

Support the development of the Customer Base platform and segmentation clustering. Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and management; assist in the development of CRM programs, in line with given objectives.

Assist in maintaining the customer platform and customer segmentation.

Support the Global CRM Team during the implementation of the CRM platform.

Assist in defining use cases for Sales, Service, and Marketing functions that are used as criteria for CRM processes.

Support maintenance of the customer platform and segmentation clustering.

Prepare segmentation reports as needed.

Act as a liaison between various departments and business partners to maintain the customer platform.

Assist in the development of CRM programs and prepare related materials.

Assist in formulating KPI drives and measuring the results.

Propose and handle research and tools to improve customer knowledge.

Gather reports on data and industry trends relating to trade categories.

Provide user support for installed CRM functionality.

Assist in various ad-hoc projects.

Job Specifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related experience.
  2. 2+ years of CRM experience and/or Marketing experience.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills, results-driven, good understanding of CRM systems, and exposure to segmentation projects.
  5. Strong project management with a focus on execution and rigorous implementation.
  6. High flexibility and creative with a hands-on approach.
  7. Collaborative and an effective team player.
  8. Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  9. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic).
Preferred Skills
  1. Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and Email Specialist.
  2. Proficient in data hygiene and maintenance.
  3. Proven track record of designing and deploying data-driven, personalized, multichannel campaigns to target segments.
  4. Experience creating end-to-end journeys that elevate member engagement.

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $58,656.00 - $92,328.00
