Upbound Group, Inc. seeks a Marketing Specialist – CRM Platform for Rent‑A‑Center in Plano, TX.

You will architect retention programs and launch omni-channel campaigns powered by Zeta Marketing Platform to boost engagement, conversions, and loyalty. Collaborating with Product, Data Services, Personalization, Legal, and CRM teams, you will translate business asks into data requirements, ensure timely deployments, and monitor performance across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on lifecycle/CRM email experience in a fast-paced environment.
• ESP/CRM proficiency (Zeta, SFMC, Hubspot) and dynamic content/personalization (AMPscript/Liquid).
• SQL for audience creation, complex segmentation, and QA of lists/counts.
• Deliverability/compliance knowledge (SPF/DKIM/DMARC; CAN-SPAM/GDPR/CCPA; TCPA/10DLC for SMS).
• Meticulous attention to detail and brand stewardship from build to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate omni-channel journeys and campaigns across email, SMS, push, direct mail, and in-app.
• Segment and target using SQL-driven logic and run A/B/multivariate tests.
• Personalize at scale using templating and real-time data; manage automations and triggers.
• Ensure campaigns deploy accurately and on time; support root-cause analysis.
• Safeguard deliverability and compliance across all campaigns.
