The Intersect Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to modernize customer engagement, CRM, and lifecycle marketing for a large-scale enterprise. You will own products from concept through launch, collaborate with stakeholders, and use customer insights to drive measurable outcomes.

You will work with technology, marketing, analytics, and leadership to define vision, roadmap, and features, prioritizing based on business goals and performance data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of strategy and roadmap.
  • Experience building, launching, and scaling products from concept to production.
  • Experience in large organizations with complex product ecosystems and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience translating business needs and customer feedback into successful product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather customer feedback, conduct user research, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, business goals, and performance data.
  • Analyze product and customer data to generate actionable insights and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver product solutions.
  • Present recommendations and roadmap priorities to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable processes that improve product development, release management, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage product documentation, requirements, user stories, specifications, and release communications.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and continuously optimize customer experiences.
