We're looking for a Product Manager who is curious about technology, energized by solving problems, and constantly looking for ways to make a business work better.
This is not a traditional "manage the backlog and write requirements" Product Manager role. You'll have the opportunity to work across the organization to understand how teams operate, identify inefficient or manual processes, and determine how technology, AI, automation, CRM improvements, integrations, and new software solutions can create meaningful efficiencies.
You'll work closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to turn those opportunities into practical solutions. Some initiatives may involve improving existing CRM functionality, automating workflows, integrating systems, or partnering with developers to create new microservices.
We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable talking with people and talking about technology — someone who asks good questions, challenges assumptions, and gets excited about finding a better way to do something.
What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the organization through technology, automation, and AI.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand existing workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Break complex processes down into manageable components and identify opportunities to simplify or automate them.
- Help define product solutions and priorities based on business needs and potential impact.
- Partner with technical teams on CRM enhancements, integrations, microservices, automation, and other technology initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve how work gets done.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with IT leadership, business teams, and other stakeholders throughout the development and implementation process.
- Ask thoughtful questions and challenge existing processes when there may be a better approach.
- Help evaluate the effectiveness of new solutions and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business systems, technical business analysis, process improvement, or a closely related technology-focused role.
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in applying AI to real business problems.
- Ability to understand and break down business workflows and identify opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Strong technical curiosity and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, energetic personality with the confidence to build relationships across an organization.
- Natural curiosity and a willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and learn how things work.
- Ability to operate independently and make progress in an environment where not everything is already defined.
- Experience working in an Agile or collaborative technology environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with internal CRM systems.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or microservices.
- Experience building or implementing workflow automation.
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
