HSO is seeking a Service Line Portfolio Delivery Lead, CE in New York to guide delivery strategy and execution for a CRM/customer engagement portfolio. You will lead complex engagements, mentor leaders, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes that satisfy clients and drive profitability.

You will oversee risk management, governance, and proactive recovery planning while ensuring delivery readiness, capacity planning, and scalable team structures across the Salesforce line.

Qualificações

• Lead delivery strategy and execution for a CRM/customer engagement portfolio spanning Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Partner with Service Line leaders, Engagement Managers, and Engagement Directors to improve portfolio performance and client satisfaction.
• Own portfolio risk and escalation management for timely intervention and recovery planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and delivery oversight for large, strategic CRM/customer engagement transformations.
• Build delivery capability through mentoring project and engagement leaders.
• Collaborate with Sales, solution leaders, and delivery teams on presales, estimation, and readiness evaluations.
• Drive utilization, capacity planning, forecasting, and KPI performance across the portfolio.
• Establish governance, methodologies, and quality controls across the consulting function.
